Upon arrival of your shipment, please check package carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. CUR LLC offers up to a 30-day guarantee on eligible orders. Please see below for the process related to your return.
Process for Unopened Products:
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org to alert us that you are returning your unopened product(s) within the 10 day return policy. Verify return address with us in this step.
- You are responsible for the shipping and condition of the product when returning order to CUR LLC. Please make sure you have verified the return address through email@example.com prior to sending back.
- Once we receive your products and have verified they are unopened we will issue a refund and send an email confirmation. Please wait 5-7 days for refund, after being submitted on our end.
Process for Damaged Products:
Our team ensures that each package is handled with care while in our possession, but we do not have control with the care of the package after the handler has received package from CÜR. Our normal method of shipping is USPS First-Class, which does not include any insurance. If you are wanting to insure your package, please choose USPS Priority or UPS Ground.

Damaged product(s) must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving package. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org and include order number, detailed information for any product damaged, and photo proof of product and shipping box. Keep all shipping information and packaging during this process, as we may need to have item returned to us for claim verification with package handler. Some shipping companies require the receiver to initiate the claim, therefore we may ask that you start the claim.
Melted products are not considered damage, as this is due to weather and shipping conditions outside of the control of CÜR. (See "Melted Products" below)

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on melted products.

During hot weather months, you may see melted products that occur during shipping. There are ways to help mitigate melting during these warm months
- It is best to order CBD Gummies on Monday or Tuesday, so they do not sit in a truck over the weekend due to shipping times.'
- Choose Priority Mail, to receive product faster.
- Track your delivery and be available when it arrives, so it does not sit out in the heat any longer than it needs to.
- Bring the box inside and let it sit in a cool place before opening it up
- If the gummies appear slightly melted, give them time in a cool place as they do firm up
Online Order Returns Only:
CUR LLC will only accept returns and refunds from purchases made on findyourcur.com. CUR LLC will not allow returns from a purchase made in a retail store.
