Process for 30-Day Guarantee:
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org to alert us that you are not satisfied with your product(s) within 30 days of receiving your product.
- We offer refunds, credits, and replacements on your first order with CÜR, no questions asked. Our customer service team will work with you to find the best option.
- You are responsible for the shipping and condition of the product when returning order to CUR LLC. Please make sure you have verified the return address through our customer service team prior to sending back.
- Once we receive your products and have verified them we will issue a refund, replacement, or credit and send an email confirmation. Please wait 5-7 days for processing, after being submitted on our end.
Process for Unopened Products:
- Email email@example.com to alert us that you are returning your unopened product(s) within our 30 day return policy. Verify return address with us in this step.
- You are responsible for the shipping and condition of the product when returning order to CUR LLC. Please make sure you have verified the return address through firstname.lastname@example.org prior to sending back.
- Once we receive your products and have verified they are unopened we will issue a refund and send an email confirmation. Please wait 5-7 days for refund, after being submitted on our end.
Process for Damaged Products:
Damaged product(s) must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving package. Contact email@example.com and include order number, detailed information for any product damaged, and photo proof of product and shipping box. Keep all shipping information and packaging during this process, as we may need to have item returned to us for claim verification with package handler.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds on melted products.

During hot weather months, you may see melted products that occur during shipping. There are ways to help mitigate melting during these warm months
- It is best to order CBD Gummies on Monday or Tuesday, so they do not sit in a truck over the weekend due to shipping times.'
- Choose Priority Mail, and we will include an ice pack that will help prevent melting during shipment.
- Track your delivery and be available when it arrives, so it does not sit out in the heat any longer than it needs to.
- Bring the box inside and let it sit in a cool place before opening it up
- If the gummies appear slightly melted, give them time in a cool place as they do firm up

CUR LLC will only accept returns and refunds from purchases made on "www.findyourcur.com". CUR LLC does not handle the refunds/replacements from purchases made in retail stores. Please contact the original store of purchase for processing.
*Our 30 day guarantee excludes bulk, wholesale, and/or distributor purchases. We consider a bulk purchase to be an order of 3+ of the same product, wholesale and distributor purchase is considered to be order volume of $500+.
